Turn right into the Lange Putstraat.
This street also owes her name to a well. This well was freed up again during work in 1972 for new construction. It was located at the point where you will soon turn left into Verwerstraat. The pit was called the Verwersput, because that is where the woollen and cotton fabrics were dyed. The name Verwerstraat comes from the fact that many cloth dyers used to live here.
